Abstract	The present project was carried out for the PARM, A utomotive Service, enterprises dedicated to the rendering of automotiv e service as well as crane service in order to design, a process manual that allows to id ent fy the processes, the activities, their efficiency and efficacy so that the client`s satisfaction can be achieved. The descriptive research was utilized which consist s in knowing the situations, customs and predominant attitudes through the detailed and sequential description of activities, objects, processes and people; the data collection, observation, interviews and surveys techniques were used. The project started with the diagnosis of the curre nt PAS (SAP) situation through the necessity of a strategic orientation as well as the process design were determined which were not either defined or standardized. The strategic orientation was developed from the st udy of the internal and external environment, from the FODA analysis and the applica tion of evaluation matrices concerning the internal and external factors for th e formulation of objectives and strategies. The design of the process manual was started with the gathering of information, design of the value chain and processes map, creation of p rocesses inventory, characterization of the processes that include the description of ac tivities, flow charts and description of the process together with its respective elements, inputs, control mechanisms, indicators, buffers/annexes responsible of the esta bli hment, revision and approval. In all the stages of the project there was the active participation of the manager and the personnel of the enterprise who carried out the rev ision and validation of the processes, after that the process manual was approved by the P AS` (SAP`s) manager. The Process Manual applied at SAP constitutes an im portant tool for the development of the activities, the personnel have committed the ms lves to making efforts in behalf of the change that will permit the enterprise the use of the resources, the increase of the productivity in order to be more competitive and to offer services of high quality.
