Abstract	The main scope of this paper is to present the state of art of master's theses. Based in Skovsmose, with the Critical Mathematics Education (CME), more specifically with the ideas presented by Skovsmose (2000), I intend to analyse the textbooks approved in the PNLD 2015 related to Financial Education. Until now a preliminary analysis about one of these approved textbook collections had been done, using examples to illustrate how this analysis will be approached and discuss how this subject is taught.
