| Abstract | --- The 90’s provides a new concept that in recent times tends to assume great importance as a determinant factor in the educative activity, this is the concept of management, the same makes reference to the way of boosting the different inputs that intervene in the organization and operation of an educative unity. Educative management in seen as a set of theoretical-practical processes horizontally and vertically integrated in the education system to fulfill the social mandates; the “Sta. Isabel de Hungria” IIEEPP is not unrelated to the changes and is so that it takes the risks for the quality in the classroom processes. Thus, educational management seeks to respond to the real needs and be a motivator and an internal dynamic booster in educative activities. Since the most important asset is constituted by the main educative actors that join the efforts considering the relevant aspects that influence in the daily practice, the expressions, the recognition of its context and the main situations they face. The teaching practice is directly related to the management, being this the backbone on the institution success, for that it will be considered the leadership of the director and the support of the entire educative community, parents, students and community.
