Teores de nutrientes na área foliar de plantas em fase de produção e exportação de nutrientes de frutos de acerola em pomares do estado da Paraíba

Abstract	Esta pesquisa foi realizada em condicoes de campo e de laboratorio com a cultura da acerola (Malpighia emarginata D.C.), em fase de colheita, com o objetivo de diagnosticar os teores dos macronutrientes nitrogenio (N), fosforo (P) e potassio (K) em folhas e nos frutos maduros e estimar a exportacao de nutrientes em pomares de distintas microrregioes do estado da Paraiba. Os pomares estudados tinham idade variando entre quatro e cinco anos. O delineamento experimental utilizado foi o de blocos casualizados, com seis tratamentos e quinze repeticoes. Conclui-se que os teores de N nas folhas foram maiores do que os encontrados na polpa com pelicula em todos os pomares; que os teores medios de P foram similares em todas as partes da planta estudadas e em todos os pomares; que a exportacao de nutrientes pelos frutos, por ocasiao da colheita, obedeceu a seguinte ordem decrescente: K, N e P, independente do local; que a quantidade de nutrientes, em mg 100g-1 da porcao comestivel, foi: N (76,48), P (12,58) e K (151,38). ABSTRACT This research was done out and indoors with acerola cultures (Malpighia emarginata D.C.) on harvest times, aiming the quantization of the macro nutrients nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium on their leaves and mature fruits, and estimate the nutrients exportation from distinct micro regions on the state of Paraiba. The studied cultures have existence time varied between four and five years. The methodology used based on the casualized blocks, which had six treatments and fifteen cycles. It is concluded the nitrogen quantities on the leaves were higher than the ones found on the pulp on all cultures; the phosphorus average quantities were similar on all parts of the plants studied on all cultures; the nutrients exportation by the fruits harvested followed this decreasing order: potassium, nitrogen and phosphorus, without location; and the quantity of nutrients, in mg 100g-1 on the edible portion, was 76.48 of nitrogen, 12.58 of phosphorus and 151.38 of potassium.
