| Abstract | This study examines the experience of organizing the work process of a Basic Health Unit, with assistance aimed exclusively at teenagers and young adults 10 to 24 years of age, the production methods of care, the aspect of your micro-politics. It is a qualitative study, which belongs to the field of health assessments. It is a case study in which interviews were semistructured document analysis and flow diagram descriptor. The dimension of the organization and from care’s production was the analytical matrix. The main results observed were the organization of the work is not focused on program activities, with a diversity of practices and logics of care; operating knowledge now breaking with the traditional model of primary care, now trapped by the logic and procedures " functions "professionals, the interference of modes of production affects the care and training of relationships and failings of young healthpromoting strategies in the service’s organization, bureaucratic and administrative unpreparedness of the SUS in the city to deal with the proposed Adolescentro’s innovation of the care model. It was found that the Adolescentro meant a breakthrough in terms of place of care for young people in the field of primary care. On the other hand suffers from capture by bureaucratic rules and procedures, but at the same time the self-governing professional your own work process, and their attitudes and actions do not relate to official flows and normative documents, except when they wish it. The fact that there is not a programmatic enforcement gave more freedom in the exercise of care actions taken by professionals, but also made them feel no "base" regarding the daily “know how to do”, creating to learn about daily tasks, providing opportunities for both conservative practices and innovative practice . It failed in the way to try to get think in the development of interventio "technologies" about the problems, focusing on live work in action, and the situations they faced effective and necessary for change, for example, an investment in the process of thoughts deterritorialization and the workers conservative practices.
