| Abstract | As a new force for the steady development of schools, college female counselors play a huge role in the management of student affairs in colleges. However, under the influence of multiple factors such as society, school and individual, college female counselors are deeply troubled by job burnout and become more and more serious. It is urgently needed to pay sufficient attention to relevant departments and universities. Therefore, the paper first expounds the research value of job burnout of college female counselors, and then combs the expressions of job burnout of college female counselors and analyzes the stressors and related factors of burnout. Finally, it proposed some related suggestions explanatorily to reduce the occupational stress and burnout of college female counselors. |
