| Abstract | In the present article, study the special regime of pension retirement allowance of the Military Forces in the specific case of the professional soldiers is carried out. In order to do this, the characterization of the pension system of the members of the Colombian public force, cataloged by the legislator and the jurisprudential criteria, as an special regime due to the implication of the risk to which the members of the Military Forces And of the National Police, found that there are normative prerogatives that have tried to disappear in the regime for the timely case of professional soldiers, although these are those who tend to be among the different military grades, more exposed to the aforementioned risks, deriving of this a normative inconsistency. |
