Abstract	Religious character education and discipline can be instilled in various ways, one of which is through school culture. The objectives of this study are (1) Describe the implementation of school culture, (2) Describe the implementation of school culture in instilling religious character and discipline in low class students, (3) Describe the constraints of implementing school culture in instilling religious character and discipline, (4) Describing solutions in overcoming obstacles to the implementation of school culture in instilling religious character and discipline. This study uses a type of qualitative research. Data collection used is interview, observation, and documentation. The validity of the data uses technical triangulation and source triangulation. Data analysis techniques in the form of data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The research results obtained are (1) The applied school culture includes greeting culture, religious culture, disciplined culture, clean culture, and hard work culture, (2) Implementation of school culture in instilling religious character and discipline in low-grade students is well implemented , (3) There are still obstacles in instilling religious character and discipline through school culture, among them students are less serious, lack of support from parents, and lack of consistency in carrying out order, (4) Solution used is to build synergy between teachers and student guardians, build teacher consistency in carrying out order, and form a disciplinary team.
