Abstract	Media literacy must be understood as a coexistence work shared by four pillars: family, schools, mass media and State authorities. In this context, we propose to make a discussion on the responsibilities each actor or institution should develop in this work. Some key questions to address are: Which role is assigned to each institution that shared this responsibility? What percentage of activity and what compromise should develop each agent?
