Abstract	Nos proponemos analizar los conflictos entre los comerciantes de la Junta de Gobierno del Consulado de Buenos Aires y sus pares en su Diputacion en Potosi, entre 1795, ano de la creacion de esta ultima, y 1803, mediante la sancion, desarrollo y supresion del Reglamento de situadistas. Con dicho Reglamento pretendemos estudiar, desde un abordaje politico-institucional, las tensas relaciones derivadas de la designacion de los conductores de caudales o situado de comercio por las Juntas de comercio locales. El situado del comercio consistia en las conducciones de los caudales privados de los comerciantes de Potosi y sus regiones aledanas, que eran transportados hacia Buenos Aires por los situadistas elegidos en las Juntas de comercio locales. The main purpose of this paper is to analyze the conflict between the traders from the Council of Government (Junta de Gobierno) of the Consulate of Buenos Aires and those from the Deputation of Potosi from 1795, when the latter was established, to 1803, in regards with the sanction, development and suppression of the Regulations of Situadistas (the assets’ transporters). Based on these regulations and from a political-institutional point of view, this article looks at the mainly tense relations as a result of the nomination of the transporters of both public assets and private assets (situados de comercio) by the local Councils of Commerce. The Situado of Commerce refer to the transport of private assets that belonged to the traders of Potosi and its surroundings, that were brought from Buenos Aires by the situadistas designated by the local Councils of Commerce.
