| Abstract | The contribution made by social programs to the human development of people in contexts of diversity and inclusion is a study that aims to describe the perceptions that the families of the Solidarity Confamilies program and the teachers of the classrooms program of FundaciónTelefónica, with the intention of identifying The relation of these perceptions to the variables that mobilize the quality of life and well-being in the people, taking into account the contexts of cultural diversity that decisively influence the dynamics of these programs and delimit the scope of the proposed purposes, within the framework Of social responsibility. The study is a quantitative, non-experimental, descriptive, cross-sectional study. The semi-structured interview, the survey and the focus group are used as instruments of data collection to give meaning and points of analysis to the voices of those consulted. The social critical approach was proposed by reflecting on the coherence between the postulates of human development, quality of life and well-being, emerging in the world panorama, as opposed to those posed by these programs, in the categories of human development, quality of life and Wellbeing, diversity and inclusion, social responsibility and evaluation of social programs. The analysis and interpretation of the study identifies empowerment as an emerging categorythat makes sense the exercise before the question What kind of subject do social programs need? To give way to the conclusions and recommendations before the communities that are daily related in the framework of the programs of social responsibility. |
