Abstract	espanolEn este articulo, se pone de manifiesto como tres mujeres que fueron torturadas durante la dictadura civico-militar de Pinochet aluden a lo sucedido, tanto a nivel personal como social, antes, durante y despues de la dictadura. Para ello, analice tres entrevistas semi-estructuradas con el fin de dar cuenta de las representaciones sociales acerca de la justicia transicional, de la representacion de los actores sociales y de las identidades asociadas. El analisis muestra las deficientes politicas de justicia transicional implementadas por los gobiernos post dictadura y la ausencia de reparacion politica, moral, social y simbolica. Respecto de las identidades, aun cuando se consideran luchadoras sociales, los gobiernos solo les asignan la categoria de victima. EnglishThis article shows how the discourse of three women who were tortured during Pinochet civilian and military dictatorship refer to what happened to them and the society before, during and after the dictatorship. To that end, I analyzed three semi-structured interviews in order to find out about social representations on transitional justice, social actors' representations and associated identities. The analysis shows the deficient transitional policies implemented by post dictatorship governments and lack of political, moral, social and symbolic reparation. As far as identities are concerned, even though they claim to be social fighters, governments deem them as victims.
