| Abstract | The following end-of-degree project is aimed at young people in the Barrio España, located in the city of Valladolid. The objective of this project is the socio-labor insertion of these young people through their insertion in the labor market. For the development of this project, it has been investigated in the difficult situation that Spanish young people are currently experiencing as a result of the economic crisis that the country is experiencing and that is accentuated in the young people with different personal problems as it happens in the majority that resides in this neighborhood. Due to this crisis, various policies and strategies have been applied to promote youth employment, but as we can see in the current situation of this group, they have not had a great effect on these young people. On the other hand, this project has made a study of the Spain District, its demographics, its structural and social weaknesses and finally the strategies and policies that have been carried out in it. The purpose of this project is the insertion of these young people with difficulties to their socio-labor insertion through a methodology adapted to each person with the final objective of their labor insertion helping us with the creation of an employment exchange with the young participants of the neighborhood. |
