| Abstract | Multiple and piston cores were collected at three sites during the R/V "MIRAI" cruise MR97-02 (Nov.lO-Dec.5, 1997) in the northern North Pacific. In this paper, we report basic data on coring site locations, coring operation and some geological data: visual core descriptions, color reflectance spectra, magnetic susceptibility, gamma ray attenuation, P-wave velocity, and water content, which are important in order to understand the paleoenvironment. |
