| Abstract | In light of the lack of research on the effects of riparian vegetation and sedimentation of the river channel in degraded areas of microbasins in semi-arid environment, this research aims to: a) quantify the sedimentation in the river channel in degraded areas of microbasins in semi-arid; b) quantify the erosive process in degraded areas of micro. For purposes of analysis, it was decided to Aracatiacu of the river basin, municipality of Sobral (CE), district Taperuaba in sub-basin of the creek Viana. The technical and methodological operational routing is a dynamic process geomorphological focused through some steps to demonstrate and prove some hypotheses related to rainfall, the amount of rainfall runoff, the sediment at different percentages of vegetation cover of soil and its influence the evolution of carreamentos of sediments on the banks of the river channel. |
