| Abstract | The aim of this study was to "investigate the factors affecting on the performance of entrepreneurship in the industrial units in Tehran province." This study has been seeking to investigate the relationships between factors of social, political, economic and cultural with entrepreneurship. This study is done in industrial units in Tehran to statistical population consisting of employers and entrepreneurs to the number of 100 people. These factors have been judged by the response letter consisting of 30 questions. Analysis was done on the basis of Spss20 software. To investigate the relationship was used Spearman tests that the study result showed the factors of social, political, economic and cultural have had a significant relationship with entrepreneurship. This study contributes to existing insights in relation to interaction between entrepreneurship and the factors affecting it, and has shown that if the factors present, respectively, to be reviewed and modified can be entrepreneurial growth in Tehran and subsequently in the country. |
