Considering the relationship of the macrossitema microssitema, this research to describe how the relationship between macro-micro system regarding the process of educational inclusion in the City of Santa Maria/Rs. For both this research is characterized by a descriptive and exploratory perspective of dialectical materialist approach, which used as a source of data collection informal interview with Coordinator of Inclusive Education of that city as the object of study design for application to open questionnaire with this same subject. This questionnaire was composed of general questions focusing on implementation of the National Special Education in the Perspective of Inclusive Education (2008) and subsequent guidelines to it. Therefore, this study paved the way for discussion of the macrosystem and its correlation with the microsystem in order to create opportunities for new advances in educational research, particularly in the areas of Special Education and Educational Management. Results as having a description of the reality of inclusive education and special education in the city and verification of the constant articulation of the Secretary of Education to follow national guidelines. Moreover, there was the secretary's constant investment in training, in reducing barriers to accessibility both architectural and attitudinal, procedural and conceptual. Therefore, the present study had as its result an overview of the reality of the city regarding the prospect of inclusive paradigm as well as highlighted the constant articulation of the macro level and vice versa microsystemic. |
