Abstract	Resumen: El articulo esta compuesto por la introduccion que desarrolla el proceso del presidencialismo para America Latina. Se trabajo bajo el metodo historico descriptivo. Los resultados de la investigacion se presentan divididos en los cuatros casos de estudio del articulo. Finalmente, en las conclusiones, se exponen las ideas de los autores sobre los casos de estudio. Para este analisis se recurre al escenario politico latinoamericano especificado en los casos de Argentina con el gobierno de Carlos Menem (1989 - 1999); Peru con Alberto Fujimori (1990 - 2000); Ecuador con Rafael Correa (2007 - presente) y en Bolivia con Evo Morales (2006 - presente). Palabras clave: Argentina, Bolivia, Ecuador, Peru, sistema politico. Abstract In this article one thinks about how to identify if governments of different political tendencies have deepened the presidential rule, by means of constitutional reforms or the use of the extraordinary faculties with which the governments managed to increase its interference in other branches of the public power. For this analysis there is appealed to the political stage Latin American specified in the cases of Argentina with the government of Carlos Menem (1989-1999), Peru with Alberto Fujimori (1990-2000), Ecuador with Rafael Correa (2007-present) and Bolivia with Evo Morales (2006-present).
