| Abstract | FEBRIAN VERNANDO. Design of Water Purity Measuring Tool Based Arduino Nano. Supervised by MAHFUDDIN ZUHRI and ERUS RUSTAMI. The water purity is one important indicator to measure the quality of drinking water. In this research we build a system that can measure the water purity. The turbidity level of water can be measured by using TCS3200 sensor, while the conductivity sensor was used to check the existence of ions in water. The TCS3200 sensor was set in 0 – 85 NTU (Nephelometric Turbidity Units) range, while the conductivity sensor was set to zero ion in the distilled water. The output of TCS3200 sensos was RGB (Red Green Blue) value and conductivity sensor was ADC (Analog to Digital Converter) value. The results showed that our sytem is able to determine the water quality and discriminate various water conditions a turbidity level and the ion existence. Measurement results were shown on OLED (Organic Light-Emitting Diode) form of a conclusion. |
