Relationship between psychological capital and organizational commitment with job satisfaction of physical educators in Kurdistan province

Abstract	The main purpose of this study was to explore the relationship among psychological capital and organizational commitment with job satisfaction of physical educators in Kurdistan province. This research is a correlation study has been conducted in the field. All physical educators of Kurdistan province have established statistical population of research (N=911) that sample size were determined by Cerjesi Morgan table and simple sampling method (n=270) that finally 253 questionnaires were returned. For collecting research data, three standard questionnaires including Luthans et al (2007) psychological capital questionnaire, Allen & Meyer (1998) organizational commitment questionnaire and Visoci & Chrom (1998) job satisfaction questionnaire (2009) was used. The findings showed that there is significant positive correlation among all dimensions psychological capital except flexibility with organizational commitment of physical educators in Kurdistan province and findings showed that there is significant positive correlation among all dimensions psychological capital except flexibility with job satisfaction of physical educators in Kurdistan province. Also significant positive correlation observed between organizational commitment job satisfaction of physical educators in Kurdistan province. With considering research result recommended that managers in main education organization in Kurdistan province with proper use of psychological capital increase organizational commitment and satisfaction of physical education teachers .
