| Abstract | The collaboration of people outside the educational institution must not entail any legal obstacle according to our interpretation about Article 9.2 of the Spanish Constitution and 10.1 of Andalusia Statute of Autonomy and is a boost to the will of citizens to claim a more direct and personal responsibility in the activities of general interest. In our case takes the form of interest in everything related to education. I.E.S. Galileo Galilei, as a public center, has a vocation of public service that looks to the common good, so the Education Project, which builds on the Project Board, held under the fundamental principle of including everyone in a school for all, a school that respects equal opportunities, promotes the acquisition of knowledge, focused on developing basic skills of students and is open to the participation of social partners and citizens in general. As its own definition indicates, a Secondary School, as public, is created from the general interests of citizens and, in particular, from direct users.
