Abstract	The Brazilian Code of Aeronautics (CBA), in its Article 43 et seq, provides special restrictions in areas adjacent to aerodromes, referring not only to buildings, but to anything that might hinder aircraft operations or cause interference with signals of aids to navigation or hamper the viability of visual aids. This article discusses the legal discipline of the buildings in the surrounding areas of aerodromes, analyzing such provisions of the Brazilian Code of Aeronautics in the light of the current requirements of the environment constitutional law.
