| Abstract | Background: Dupilumab, a fully human anti-interleukin (IL)-4Rα monoclonal antibody, inhibits signalling of IL-4/IL-13, key drivers of Type 2 inflammation, and is approved for treatment of adults with inadequately controlled, moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis. In a phase 2a study (NCT01920893), dupilumab improved endoscopic, radiographic, and clinical endpoints in patients with chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyposis (CRSwNP) refractory to intranasal corticosteroids. This post hoc analysis evaluates the effect of dupilumab in CRSwNP patients with difficult-to-treat comorbid Nonsteroidal Anti-Inflammatory DrugExacerbated Respiratory Disease (NSAID-ERD). |
