Abstract	This paper is a resume of several mechanical tests on dry composite reinforcements realised in LMSP. Two optical methods are used for strain measurement s: images correlation and marks tracking technique. In all cases, specifics marks must be ad apted to these materials. Marks division must be avoided at filament scale and roving scale. Another problem must be resolved: filament brilliance.
