| Abstract | The demand for milk grew very fast, which increased 14.01% over the period between 2002 and 2007, while for milk production grew only 2% in Indonesia. That made it less efficient. So it required a tool that could improve the productivity of filling and packaging of milk in the bottle in order to make milk production more efficient. This thesis was designed an automation system of filling and capping bottle with a PLC CP1E system which was divided into three kinds, filling systems, laying the bottle cap, and sealing the bottle cap. Based on the result of the test was obtained filling system that the system could manufacture the filling bottles with milk on a percentage 100% with an average volume of milk charged 100 ml for manual mode and 300 ml for automation mode. For laying systems lids and sealing cap could already run well. This could be seen on the percentage of plant while doing testing by 99% and 99%. |
