| Abstract | Point, line, surface, light and shadow, color and volume are the basic art elements that form everything that we see or touch. They form the artist’s vocabulary and to know them allow us to perceive and comprehend in a deeper way what was created. As the artistic work is also the portrait of the creator, we can use these basic elements as keys to open the doors to the soul and the internal landscape of a person, who might be a patient or a pupil. To know and understand these six art elements can enlarge teachers and therapists’ resources. |
