| Abstract | Organisational change processes have become very important in last decades. Nevertheless, although understanding change has a lot of practical and theoretical implications, it has not been studied enough. This paper offers a study in organisational change, distinguishing between radical and incremental change, aud tries to establish the organisational circumstances that trigger an organisational change. Differentiating between radical and incremental change we would obtain a deeper analysis in organisational change as it allows us to divide endogenous factors in two different groups: structural factors and managerial factors. |
