| Abstract | This empirical study examines employee perceptions of organizational vision and leadership at three different time periods. New employees at a large manufacturing organization were surveyed regarding their perceptions of their organization’s vision and leadership before they attended new employee orientation training, immediately after new employee orientation training, and a month after new employee orientation training. A description of the study, as well as findings and conclusions, are presented. |
