| Abstract | Ozet: Bu calismanin amaci, orgutsel ozdeslesme, orgutsel imaj ve orgutsel vatandaslik davranisi (OVD) arasindaki iliskiyi incelemektir. Bu baglamda calisanlarin orgutleriyle ozdeslesme derecesi belirlenmis, algilanan dis imajin cekiciliginin orgutsel ozdeslesme uzerine etkisi arastirilmis ve orgutsel ozdeslesmenin de OVD uzerine etkisi ortaya konmustur. Ayrica algilanan dis imaji, orgutsel ozdeslesmeyi ve OVD’yi etkileyebilecegi dusunulen yas ve egitim duzeyi kontrol degiskeni olarak ele alinmistir. Ongorulen iliskileri test etmek icin bir isletmede uygulama calismasi gerceklestirilmistir. Bulgular, orgutun dis imajini cekici bulan calisanlarin orgutle daha guclu bicimde ozdeslestigini ve orgutsel ozdeslesmenin OVD’yi olumlu yonde etkiledigini gostermistir. Abstract: The aim of this study is to find out the relationship between organizational identification, organizational image and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). In this context, the degree of identification with the organization was determined, the impact of the attractiveness of perceived external image on organizational identification was investigated and the impact of organizational identification on OCB was determined. Also age and gender, which were thought to have a potential to affect these concepts, were taken as control variables. In order to test the expected relationships, an application study was conducted in a company. The results showed that employees who perceived the external image of the organization more attractive identified with the organization more strongly. Moreover, organizational identification affected organizational citizenship behaviors positively.
