| Abstract | This paper presents the elements that should be taken into account in the creation of a company for the production of Colombian fruit juices, located in the city of Bogotá, Usaquén. The work is shown in the form of a Business Plan, and also describes the legal and infrastructure aspects that determine the operation of the company, showing the viability of said business idea through a detailed market, technical, administrative and financial study for the production of natural juices. Methodologically, a descriptive study was carried out, in which a survey on consumer preferences regarding beverages will be applied, carrying out an analysis of both product and market to obtain the corresponding data for viability, followed by technical analyzes in its production, administrative analyzes that allow to demonstrate the organization and necessary legal aspects, and finally a financial analysis that finances and analyzes the accounting behavior of the company projected to 5 years. |
