| Abstract | Social Media and E-Commerce year by year have been turning into a support for the company in relation to its advertising and promotion methods. The technological revolution, digital marketing and the ease of access to information through the Internet, open the way for Social Networks and Electronic Commerce, a phenomenon that has been growing overwhelmingly in recent years, not only in Spain, but at the world. In the tourism field, the use of Social Media and E-Commerce has been of great importance and one of the main factors of its success or failure, since through Social Networks, Apps and OTA's, users express their feelings, be it in a positive or negative way and at the same time have the power to filter the status of the tourism company, with respect to service, quality and price. In a few words, the power that online platforms have on the internet in the tourism industry in Spain, is increasing and more relevant, and this is why this research is based on the analysis of the use and incidents of Social Media and the ECommerce in Companies of the Tourism Sector in the city of Cartagena of Murcia Region, where emphasis will be placed on the most relevant tourism and hotel in this zone. |
