Abstract	Diarrhoeal diseases are one of major death causes in the world, especially in developing countries. The diarrhea incidence in certain times of the year may present variation. This article aimed to investigate diarrheal disease behavior according to seasonal changes, it was performed a study with families by the Family Health Strategy (ESF) and Community Health Agent (PACS), in Campina Grande-PB. The methodology was a descriptive-explanatory, documentary research with quantitative approach. It was used a descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation to determine the correlation between diarrheal diseases and rainfall. The documental research was concretized through Diarrheal Diseases Monitoring worksheets, meteorological data and DATASUS. It was concluded that there was not correlation between rainfall and acute diarrheal diseases.
