Abstract	espanolEste trabajo analiza la evolucion y la organizacion actual de las Administraciones Publicas, asi como su compatibilidad con las Constituciones de postguerra. Toma en cuenta la definicion del concepto de Administracion Publica, distinguiendo entre un sentido subjetivo en relacion con la organizacion estructural de la Administracion, y la Administracion Pubica en sentido objetivo o funcional. En atencion al sentido subjetivo, el trabajo vuelve sobre las transformaciones que ha provocado la globalizacion, la creacion de organizaciones regionales e internacionales, y las tecnicas de devolucion de autonomia EnglishThe paper analyzes the evolution and the current organization of the PA and its compatibility with the principles of the Postwar Constitutions. It considers a definition of the concept of the PA, distinguishing between PA in subjective sense, with relation to all the organizational structures of the administration, and PA in the “objective” or functional sense. Concerning the PA in subjective sense it goes over again the transformations that the process of economic globalization, the creation of international and regional organizations, the devolution of forms of autonomy more increasingly accentuated at the peripheral level have determined.
