Abstract	Activities in high college especially in Polytechnics Harapan Bersama well inside administration and teaching and learning activities is identical to the use of office stationery or commonly referred to as ATK. In presenting the report of Office Stationery Supplies in UPT Logistics which still using office application not yet able to produce all report optimally, so in yielding all accurate and accurate report become relatively long time. Yii framework is proposed in the development of this website based application. With the information system management of web-based ATK, the stock report of ATK can be monitored easily and precisely can also be printed at any time so effective, efficient in making decisions for the purposes of procurement. Abstrak  Kegiatan dalam pergururuan tinggi khususnya di Politeknik Harapan Bersama baik dalam administrasi maupun kegiatan belajar mengajar sangatlah identik dengan penggunaan alat tulis kantor atau yang biasa disebut dengan ATK. Dalam menyajikan laporan Persediaan Alat Tulis Kantor di UPT Logistik yang masih menggunakan aplikasi perkantoran belum dapat menghasilkan seluruh laporan secara optimal, sehingga didalam menghasilkan seluruh laporan yang akurat dan tepat menjadi relatif lama. Framework Yii diusulkan dalam pengembangan aplikasi berbasis website ini. dengan adanya sistem informasi pengelolaan ATK berbasis web, maka laporan stok ATK dapat di pantau dengan mudah dan tepat juga dapat dicetak setiap saat sehingga efektif, efisien dalam mengambil keputusan untuk keperluan pengadaan.
