| Abstract | The present study seeks to examine the care through acupuncture under the theoretical referential care technologies, contextualizing acupuncture with the conceptual tools proposed by the collective health. Focus groups were conducted with users and focus groups with professionals for data collection, as well as a notebook for everyday situations of ambulatory. The data collected have been consolidated through the analysis of discourse. The complexity of work proposed by acupuncture through subject professionals showed that the care provided by it tends to be subject-centered and therefore a careful caregiver. It was revealed the autonomy brought by acupuncture to users, both in reducing drug use and promoting greater independence in activities of daily living, and these factors relevant to the establishment of the link with the treatment. General well-being provided by treatment in acupuncture offers increased health perception and differentiates acupuncture other clinical practice. The great difficulty of professionals proved to be the use of lightweight technology, managing affections present in space intercessor, in addition to the recognition of institutional resistance still present in society as to the legitimacy of acupuncture. The unveilitment produced by acupuncture care reveals a hybrid model of care, operated by nomadic subjects, that migrate from territory in the territory, permeating knowledge and powers that make up the plural model of their subjectivities |
