Prononciation et balados : Une étude avec des apprenants de FLE

Abstract	RESUME: Jusqu'aux années 90, l'enseignement de la prononciation dans les classes de langue a été négligé. Aujourd'hui encore, bien que l'importance de la prononciation ait été reconnue, les enseignants éprouvent des difficultés à trouver des matériaux pédagogiques appropriés mais aussi à consacrer, en salle de classe, le temps nécessaire à son enseignement. Dans cette étude, notre objectif a été de proposer aux enseignants, en quête de moyens pouvant combler ces lacunes, les balados. Avec notre public de 15 apprenants turcs de français langue étrangère, nous avons travaillé pendant 5 semaines la prononciation à partir de balados. Selon les résultats obtenus au pré-test et au post-test, un développement de la prononciation a été constaté chez les apprenants aux niveaux segmental et suprasegmental. Les réponses fournies aux questionnaires ont, pour leur part, montré une satisfaction des apprenants envers cet outil qui leur a permis, selon eux, de faire des progrès. Günümüzde ise bu becerinin öğretimi tekrar önem kazanmış ancak yabancı dil öğretmenleri uygun ders materyalleri bulmakta ve de sınıf içinde sesletim çalışmaları için yeterli zaman ayırmakta zorluk çektikleri görülmüştür. Bu çalışmanın amacı söz konusu zorlukları aşma arayışında olan öğretmenlere cep yayınları bir çözüm olarak sunmaktır. 15 kişiden oluşan Fransızca öğrencileriyle 5 hafta süresince cep yayınlarla sesletim çalışmaları yapılarak, öntest ve sontestten elde edilen sonuçlar doğrultusunda parçasal ve parçalarüstü düzeyde bir gelişme olduğu saptanmıştır. Ayrıca, hazırlanan bir ölçekten elde edilen sonuçlara göre, öğrencilerin cep yayınlarla çalışmaktan memnun oldukları görülmüştür. Diğer yandan, öğrenciler bu araçların telaffuzlarını geliştirdiğini söylemektedirler. Anahtar sözcükler: sesletim, yabancı dil olarak Fransızca, cep yayın. ABSTRACT: Until the 90s, the teaching of pronunciation in language classrooms had been disregarded. Today, although the importance of pronunciation has been recognized, teachers still have difficulties in finding appropriate teaching materials and dedicating classroom time needed for teaching pronunciation. The purpose of the study was to propose podcasts to teachers looking for ways to fill these gaps. With 15 Turkish learners of French as a foreign language, we studied the pronunciation with the podcasts for 6 weeks. According to the results obtained in pretest and posttest, learners' pronunciation improved at the segmental and supra-segmental levels. Responses to the questionnaires and their comments showed learners' satisfaction with this new tool that allowed them to make progress.
