Abstract	With the continuous reform of college sports, the continual innovation and development of sports training in higher education has also been carried out. This paper analyzes the role of college sports training camp in physical education and proves that the college sports training camp has the following characteristics, playing an important role in promoting the cultivation of qualified personnel.
