Abstract	Heart Rhythm disorders and suspected Sleep Apnea-Hypopnea syndrome Sleep Apnea-Hypopnea Syndrome (SAHS) is associated with several cardiovascular diseases and is a risk factor for heart rhythm disorders. A direct temporal relationship between obstructive respiratory events and the onset of non-sustained ventricular tachycardia (NSVT) and paroxysmal atrial fibrillation (AF), during sleep has been reported recently.
