| Abstract | Colombia's position regarding the floriculture sector and export, has been improving and increasing, which is why we implement an Integrated Management System represents an opportunity for the country's flower organizations more globally competitive. In this trial important factors that provide adequate implementation and development organizations Integrated Management System are contemplated. Today, with more than 40 years of exporting experience, Colombia is the second largest producer of flowers in the world and that more varieties, an opportunity for entry into international trade is through the Free Trade Agreement (FTA) . How all the components interact Integrated Management System, in order to facilitate and demonstrate during the product and the internal functioning of organizations committed to offer products with high quality standards, ensuring a vital commitment is evidenced the environment and of course ensuring health and safety at work for each of their workers. In recent years companies in the flower industry has developed a certification seal called Florverde, which seeks to demonstrate in organizations that get their commitment to the environment and product quality, factors that in some way they interrelate with the Integrated Management System. |
