Abstract	Management guided by Performance Indicators consolidates increasingly as a management practice, and to recognize a University as a world packed with information, it is important to know how to choose those that are relevant. Thus, the indicators assume minimally two basic functions: to describe by creating information the actual state of events and their behavior as well as to analyze the information presented based on prior in order to perform evaluative propositions. This paper presents a proposal for institutional indicators, taking into account the importance of developing and using those as major supporters and guiding decisions within the university management. By respecting updated instrument which subsidizes the acts of accreditation and re-accreditation of undergraduate published in January 2014, which has five thematic axes to be evaluated, it was established 25 criteria to be measured with the proposition of at least one indicator for each item. Such proposal includes a series of indicators with their inducing features which aim to guide the planning, monitoring, evaluation and reporting of institutional units of Universidade Federal de Goiás (UFG) as well as their academic and administrative routines.
