Marta Roseli de Azeredo People are social beings who need to be in constant interaction with their peers. It is they who form the school environment, that have different culture and values, factors that end up interfering directly in these relations. These differences is that end up generating often conflicts and hinder teamwork. Therefore it is necessary to analyze the formation and interpersonal relations managers and teachers before conflicts caused by relationship problems in the Municipal Early Childhood Education Schools in the municipality of Soledad / RS. It is for the manager through actions ensure a democratic way that the stated objectives are achieved and reduced or eliminated conflicts, it is he who must mediate interpersonal relationships within the school environment, to be the main coordinator and promoter of team work, aiming relations quality. To achieve this study a qualitative research was conducted with the preparation of a reference from the literature search, and production and application of questionnaires to managers and teachers of elementary schools in the city. After analyzing the same can be concluded that it is necessary to manager be ethical, preserve values, acting as a leader, improve communication ensuring execution of the same. Also need to have more clarity in the transfer of information, organizing time for everyone to rule the meetings ensuring the team unity, to be minimized as much as possible conflicts within the school environment. .
