Abstract	espanolLa sociedad ha evolucionado y esto tambien incluye a la educacion, las metodologias tradicionales (conductistas) ya no generan el deseo de aprender sino mas bien aburrimiento y desmotivacion, por lo que son necesarias nuevas y mejores estrategias para llevar a cabo el proceso de ensenanza-aprendizaje, uno de esos metodos es por medio de la aplicacion de juegos educativos en el aula. Este trabajo ofrece un analisis de los diferentes temas relacionados con el juego en el aprendizaje permitiendo hacerse una idea del papel que pueden tener cuando son mas las instituciones que hacen uso de ellos como una forma de ensenanza. EnglishThe society has evolved and this also included the education, traditional methodologies (behaviorist) no longer generate a desire to learn but rather boredom and demotivation, hence new and better strategies are necessary to carry out the teaching-learning process, one of these is the application of educational games in the classroom. This work provides an analysis of different issues related with the play in learning, allowing an idea of the role they can have when there are more institutions that make use of it as a way of teaching.
