| Abstract | --------------------------------------------------------ABSTRACT----------------------------------------------------------In this paper the characteristics of LOS and NLOS propagations channels are intensively investigated under three mm wave frequencies; 26GHz, 28GHz and 60GHz for vertical polarized omnidirectional antenna. The simulation data achieved from the 3D shooting and bouncing Ray (SBR) tracer based on the effects of frequency dependent electrical properties of building materials and has been observed that signal is much affected by the nature of building materials and frequencies for line of sight and non-line of sight. KEYWORD:5G, Line of Sight (LOS), Non-LOS (NLOS), Delay spread, path loss. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Date of Submission: 10-03-2018 Date of acceptance: 26-03-2018 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
