| Abstract | This paper explains the importance about human resources and provides a correct administration of them. Since they are the main workforce and have a very important participation in the development of projects, they can be successful, and hiring unnecessary personal and turnover will be avoided. The Project Management Institute (PMI) defines Human Resources as a knowledge area because of its important role in projects. According to PMI methodology, this area focuses on four main processes: human resources planning, which involves to recognize and identify the roles for each person, then it continues with the acquisition of suitable candidates. Later, these elements will be trained so they can improve their level and be able to face different kind of challenges. And the last process is the correct administration of the project team which includes: motivation and conflict resolution so that the project can finish successfully. |
