Abstract	Recommendations for the management of non-ST ACS were published in 2011 by the European Society of Cardiology. The recommendations identified several key steps in the management of non-ST ACS: clinical assessment, diagnostic validation and risk assessment and implementation of strategies and invasive revascularization procedures. The purpose of the contact group, composed of emergency physicians of the French Society of Emergency Medicine (SFMU) and cardiologists of the French Society of Cardiology (SFC), is to make an annotated summary of these recommendations to allow practitioners greater ownership in the field of emergency medicine and cardiology.
