| Abstract | We are going to use a simple of 160 students from different universities in Quito. This is going to be done in order to see if there is a greater percentage of depression and/or anxiety in psychology fifth year students than in fourth year students of the same career. For this the Beck Depression Inventory and the STAI are going to be used. The estimated results say that from 15-35% of the sample will have a type of depression and/or anxiety and that fifth year students will have more depression and/or anxiety than its younger peers in a 3-7%. The conclusion is that even if there is more depression and/or anxiety in the last year it can be because of other stressors as family, for example. |
