| Abstract | This study is carried out in pots to evaluate the effect of guano of bats on the growth of a food legume (Vicia faba L. var. minor) cultivated in a soil of Oum El Bouaghi amended by increasing doses of guano. The results of the experiment showed that, with the exception of the height, guano improved the majority of the morpho-physiological parameters of plants as well as certain characteristics of the soil. However, guano by its very high salinity has caused a decrease in the height, fresh and dry weight of the root parts of faba bean plants. |
