Abstract	The purpose of this article is to analyze mechanisms of counteracting corruption in public procurement. E-procurement is of the most effective instrument fighting corruption in public procurement. The main aim of e-procurement is implementation and real action principles of transparency, access to information, integrity and efficiency. Public procurement was one of the most corrupted spheres in Ukraine. It has big negative influence on state budget and condition of state and municipal property. New e-procurement system ProZorro in a short time presented efficiency in fighting corruption in public procurement and saving state budget funds. Ukraine rollout e-procurement system in less two years. In 2014 were adopted setting out new rules for 26 KHRYSTYNA POTAPENKO __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ the counteraction corruption in public procurement. The main innovation of the directives is new rules of e-procurement in EU countries. E-procurement will be mandatory for all contracting authorities and procurement procedures by October 2018. Corruption in public procurement has an influence on many spheres of public life by state budget expenditures in private interests, a destruction of the infrastructure, an economy remains not attractive to investors and social trust to public authorities reduces. E-procurement intended to solve corruption problems in public procurement and ensure a development of the state.
