Políticas de informação governamental: a construção de governo eletrônico na administração federal do Brasil

Abstract	Information government policies have been implemented in many countries under the notion of electronic government, although it is not yet theoretically built. The Brazilian Federal Administration has developed many actions since 2000. Economic and social limitations difficult the access to the information technologies for the majority of the population. Another obstacle to the Electronic Government is the deficiency in the government information management. After two years of implantation, the impact of the Electronic Government shows bigger in the internal management of the Federal Administration than in the attendance to the citizen.
