Abstract	ABSTRACT Cleanliness of the genital area, especially during menstruation is often overlooked by women. At the time of menstrual blood and sweat it out and attach to the vulva can cause genital area becomes moist. According to the Ministry of Health survey in West Java in 2011 about 316 people were infected in the external genitalia, and 592 people have whitish in adolescent girls. Lack of knowledge about reproductive health would enable women do not behave hygiene during menstruation that may endanger their own reproductive health. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of knowledge to the behavior of vulva hygiene during menstruation in young women aged (13-15) years at SMPN 30 Bandung. The method used in this research is the design of quantitative correlation models. Data collection techniques by using a questionnaire or a questionnaire, with a sample size of 80 respondents. Sampling methods using the Stratified Random Sampling. The results showed that nearly half have a good knowledge (39,75%), half of it has enough knowledge (50%), and a small portion of respondents have less knowledge (11,25%). Most behave well (85%) and a small portion of respondents behave badly (15%). From the research results in no relation between get knowledge of the behavior of vulva hygiene during menstruation in young women aged 13-15 years at SMPN 30 Bandung with result p value of 0,000. It can be concluded that there is a relationship with the behavior of vulva hygiene during menstruation in young women aged 13-15 years at SMPN 30 Bandung. Keywords : Knowledge, Behavior Vulva Hygiene at Menstruation, Young ABSTRAK Kebersihan daerah genetalia terutama pada saat menstruasi sering diabaikan oleh wanita. Pada saat menstruasi darah dan keringat keluar serta menempel pada vulva dapat menyebabkan daerah genetalia menjadi lembab. Menurut survey Departemen Kesehatan Jawa Barat tahun 2011 sekitar 316 orang mengalami infeksi pada genetalia eksternal, dan 592 orang mengalami keputihan pada remaja putri. Rendahnya pengetahuan tentang kesehatan reproduki akan memungkinkan perempuan tidak berperilaku hygiene pada saat menstruasi yang dapat membahayakan kesehatan reproduksinya sendiri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dengan perilaku vulva hygiene pada saat menstruasi pada remaja putri usia (13-15) tahun di SMPN 30 Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan model korelasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner atau angket, dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 80 responden. Metode sampling menggunakan Stratified RandomSampling, analisa data univariat menggunakan presentase, analisa data bivariat menggunakan spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hampir setengahnya mempunyai pengetahuan baik (39,75%), setengahnya mempunyai pengetahuan cukup (50%), dan sebagian kecil responden mempunyai pengetahuan kurang (11,25%). Sebagian besar berperilaku baik (85%) dan sebagian kecil responden berperilaku buruk (15%). Dari hasil penelitian di dapatkan ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan perilaku vulva hygiene pada saat menstruasi pada remaja putri uisa 13-15 tahun di SMPN 30 Bandung dengan hasil p value sebesar 0,000. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan pengetahuan dengan perilaku vulva hygiene pada saat menstruasi pada remaja putri usia 13-15 tahun di SMPN 30 Bandung.
